K.W. Poore Community Reports (2008)
The Alleghany Foundation asked K.W. Poore & Associates (a consulting firm based in Richmond, Virginia) to develop an assessment of the Alleghany Highlands. The purpose of the report is to provide information to assist the Foundation in making decisions. Because of the importance of the information, the Foundation is making the report available to the community.
Phase 2: May 28, 2008
The second phase of the report identified potential efficiencies that might be accomplished to help address trends and challenges identified in Phase 1.
